Well it's about time that I announced what all this stuff is all about. There's been some new additions and I have some future projects in the works, I just finished putting together a new project, so in the next week I'll be working to update the old pages, reorganize the Webmaster's guide and fix some problems. Here's a summary explaining where everything is going.
Basically anything meant to make money or offer free services will be at woffpack.com. The Mongrelzine will be a on line magazine. The Mongrel Forum will be a home base for all our related pages.

So I've been trying to figure this one out for a long time now. I've heard many stories about this new species, but I'm not sure what to believe. This picture was taken off the Garden State Parkway. It's on the Northbound side just south of Rahway. But I've also seen one off of I-287 somewhere south of I-80. I've heard they're all over the place in Pennsylvania. The amazing thing is that such a strange looking tree is so often overlooked. How many millions of New Jersey natives have driven by this very tree without ever taking notice of it's strange nature? I suppose a few years ago, before the iron curtain fell, I could have believed that it was some sort of hi tech nuclear detection device. Some strange experiment beaming invisible rays into the surrounding areas. While these ideas are possible, it's pretty doubtful. The best answer I've heard so far was cell phone towers. In an effort to build less obtrusive antennas, and with a huge increase in wireless phone use, scientists had to produce a less conspicuous tower design. The result was this genetically engineered cross between the majestic California Redwood and a Utility Pole. The Future belongs to Bio Engineering! 3-05-01 |
